Nissin Foods Holdings (HD) is launching its popular Japanese brand “Kanzen Meal” in the U.S. market. Positioned as a convenient, nutritionally balanced food, it aims to capture demand from the rapidly growing number of weight loss drug users in America.
Under the brand name Kanzen Meal (“Kanzen” meaning complete, and “Meal” referring to food), the products will be offered as frozen meals. Starting June 26, three varieties including “Spaghetti Bolognese” will be sold in California on the West Coast.
